Just 15 minutes from Todi, at the foot of a small village ranked among the most beautiful in Italy, lies a delightful stone-built house, free on three sides, with two separate entrances.
The house, of ancient origin, underwent renovation in 2007 to the roof and the electrical and plumbing systems, whilst the interior still requires completion and finishing touches.
It is spread over two floors, covering a total of 126 square metres, and is laid out as follows:
. ground floor: spacious living area with a beautiful masonry arch separating the sitting room from the lounge, open-plan kitchen with French windows opening onto the courtyard
. First floor: accessible both from inside via a Carrara marble staircase and from outside, with a landing, a bathroom with a bath, three bedrooms (two of which are double) and an attic/loft.
There is, of course, the possibility to customise the layout of the rooms to your liking.
Outside, there is a 100 m² lawned courtyard surrounding the house, followed by a short path leading to approximately 4,760 m² of privately owned agricultural land, comprising arable and woodland.
Heating to be installed; mains water and well water.
The house combines a location in the countryside with the convenience and proximity to amenities.
