Agello is a charming hamlet a few steps from Lake Trasimeno, Corciano and Perugia, dominated by an ancient castle that was very important in times gone by during the Punic Wars and other historical events.
Right on the walls of this ancient castle is this terraced house that makes refinement and elegance its hallmarks.
Spread over three levels with a total area of 100 square metres, it consists of a living room with pellet fireplace, a cherry wood kitchen with travertine floor and bathroom on the ground floor, a refined master bedroom with bathroom on the first floor and a second bedroom on the third floor, from which there is also access to a useable attic.
The house was totally renovated in 2006 with care for the materials: stone floors in the living room, parquet in the sleeping area, installations with ceramic switches, designer iron and glass stairs.
Underfloor heating, also thanks to a new condensing boiler.
Very convenient double entrance, both from the ground floor and from the room on the first floor via an external staircase.
There is also an closet under the stairs.
