We are in the vicinity of Monte Peglia, at about 700 metres above sea level, and in an area classified by Unesco in the Mab (Man and Biosphere) programme for the relationship between man and the environment, especially with regard to the preservation of biodiversity and good practices for sustainable development.
Against this landscape backdrop is this villa, built in the 1970s, on two levels and with a beautiful planted and fenced garden around it.
