Ancient countryside hamlet with main building - skilfully restored from a structural point of view -, detached farmhouse, two outbuildings and agricultural land."Borgo Marciano" is a very quiet and peaceful place within few kilometers from the historic centre of Città della Pieve and lovely views over the valley and on Lake Trasimeno. The main part of the borgo is made up of two large units each with independent entrance, both on three levels with old stables on the ground floor, large living areas on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor. The restoration carried was aimed at maintaining its authentic feel. To be finished internally, it is very suitable both as an important private home and as holiday accommodation. The property includes independent farmhouse of approx. 200 sq.m. and two outbuildings to be restored. Everything surrounded by two hectares of land with olive trees. Very good investment.
