In a small hamlet near the shores of Lake Trasimeno, a delightful flat in a stone building of ancient origin.
The flat, totally renovated with care for materials and taste, is about 86 sqm and is located on the second floor. It consists of a hallway, a living room with a very large kitchenette and from whose windows you can enjoy the lake view, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A further bedroom with separate entrance is on the same landing.
Outside there is a shared garden of 200 sqm. Possibility to buy moreover woodshed and large storage for a total of 30 sqm.
LPG heating, recently installed Nordic brand wood stove, mains water.
The flat has its timeless charm due to the presence of beams and terracotta tiles typical of rustic Umbrian houses combined with the comfort of the spaces used in the best possible way (such as the pantries and built-in bookcases) and the recent renovation (wooden window frames, double glazing, security door, insulated roof, new gutters, etc.). In light of this, it is an ideal solution as a primary residence, as a holiday home and as an investment, also due to its lakeside location and proximity to amenities.
